What it does
Amazon's documentation states Amzn-User supports user actions, such as responding to Alexa queries that require up-to-date information. When a customer asks a question, Amzn-User may fetch live information from the web to provide an accurate answer on that user's behalf.
It is the same class of agent as ChatGPT-User, Claude-User, Perplexity-User, and MistralAI-User — a fetch made on behalf of one specific request, not a broad crawl. Amazon states Amzn-User does not crawl content for generative AI model training.
